At Luxe Apparels, we take great care in curating and packaging every order. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once an order has been placed and dispatched. This policy applies to all products across all categories — including bras, underwear, nightwear, and shapewear.

This policy exists for hygiene and safety reasons, as all our products are intimate apparel. We ask that customers review size guides carefully before ordering.

No Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including:
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Product received but not to personal preference

No Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you have ordered the wrong size or colour, we regret that we are unable to process a swap.

We strongly recommend consulting our size guide before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us via WhatsApp before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged item or the wrong product entirely, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
  • Your order reference number
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will review each case individually. Decisions on resolution are made at our sole discretion.
